Note: The KU Financial Systems Transformation project team originally planned to implement Oracle's Business Intelligence Cloud Services (BICS) solution. In spring 2017, the FST Leadership Team determined that Oracle Analytics Cloud would better meet the needs of the KU community.

Conference Room Pilot 1 was a Proof of Concept conducted over a five week period with test scripts being executed by KU project team members.  This was a walkthrough of delivered FITC functionality using KU data and it allowed the KU team to confirm the functionality provided by each module which was tested.

Conference Room Pilot 2 will be an Integration Test confirming that each piece of the application interacts as designed and that all functionality is working.  The KU project team will be responsible for executing the test scripts and certifying that the integration testing is complete.
