Highstreet IT Solutions

KU has engaged Highstreet IT Solutions, a veteran of Higher Education implementations, to assist us in making functional decisions regarding configuration and management of our cloud based financials system. They will help us determine how to configure our desired functionality, implement and support it, and train our end users for the best possible experience when we go live.

The Highstreet team has been working with Oracle applications for more than 20 years, providing projects and managed services to over 350 clients. Henry Tran

Henry Tran 

At Highstreet, Mr. Tran shares responsibilities to help scale our Higher Education Practice. Mr. Tran has over 22 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle applications and architectures and working with Oracle’s implementation partners in Higher Education. Mr. Tran has performed a variety of roles for dozens of organizations implementing Oracle ERP Applications, with experience including everything from Technical Team Lead and Product Development to Account and Project Management. As an executive in Higher Education for over 15 years, Mr. Tran has the industry expertise, technical, and consulting background to provide unique insight as a trusted partner. He provides high-level strategy and vision, as well as attention to daily project details. Mr. Tran is known as a high-energy, quality, engagement manager in Higher Education.

Deborah Welch

Deborah Welch

Deborah has over 20 years of experience in delivering ERP solutions, custom development, system integrations and process improvement projects in Higher Education, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Commercial Industries. Throughout her career Ms. Welch has implemented and established IT PMO offices, developed methodology standards for IT, custom development, and supported integrations between multiple applications.  She has worked with a number of Higher Education Institutions in implementing Oracle applications including Campus Solutions, CRM, Portal, Finance, OBIEE, and HCM.

James Crockett

James Crockett

James is a management professional with 24 years of experience as a managerial accountant directing fiscal operations and 20 years as a consultant participating in and managing software implementations. He has a proven ability to analyze complex business processes and to implement cost effective solutions utilizing the latest technologies with minimal software customization. James has extensive Supply Chain source-to-settle consulting experience in the Healthcare sector, with clients including Summa Health Systems, Memorialcare Health System, MaineGeneral Health, Maimonides Medical Center and University of California San Francisco.

Muru Mohan

Muru Mohan

Muru has over 16 years of experience in efficiently managing, defining, building, and implementing Oracle PPM, Grants & ERP applications. He is a subject matter expert, functional lead and customer centric solution architect in Oracle PPM and Grants cloud services with an added skill set in financial applications. He specializes in implementation, business requirements gathering, configuration, business processes and best practices, project and product management along with an entrepreneurial drive for customer success. Muru is competent in building, mentoring and managing highly motivated and focused global teams with strong leadership, communication and organization skills.  He is dynamic and proactive in fostering collaboration between products and businesses by clearly communicating at all levels of management and with audiences of divergent points of view.

Ken Chen

Ken Chen

Mr. Chen is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder at Performance Architects, with over 15 years of experience in consulting and software development in the business intelligence and performance management arenas at organizations including Deloitte, MicroStrategy, and Painted Word (now Palladium Group).  Ken holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and an M.S. in Engineering from Cornell University.  He is a frequent presenter at industry events such as Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), OAUG Collaborate, OAUG EPM Connection Point, Oracle OpenWorld, and local Oracle user group events such as  the New England Oracle Application Users Group (NEOAUG).

Ron Woodlock

Ron Woodlock

Mr. Woodlock is a Director in the consulting practice at Performance Architects, with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, IT leader, finance manager and auditor at organizations including Deloitte & Touche, Putnam Investments, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Dunkin' Brands.  Ron is a licensed CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley University.​

Mohan Chanila

Mohan Chanila

Mr. Chanila is a Senior Consultant at Performance Architects, Inc. with over nine years of experience in consulting and software development in the business intelligence and performance management arenas.  He has previously worked for Ernst & Young, NYSE and L'Oreal where he participated in several large Finance and IT transformations and has worked extensively with the Oracle EPM (Hyperion) product suite. Mohan holds a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree from Florida State University in Electrical and Software Engineering.​

Tyler Feddersen

Mr. Feddersen is a Senior Consultant at Performance Architects, Inc., with extensive experience in consulting and software development in the Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite of software applications that includes PBCS.  Tyler has developed functional expertise in financial and cost accounting in the public and commercial sectors.  An area of focus has been in development of planning solutions for revenue – expense and position – employee related solutions.  Tyler holds a B.S. in Business Information Technology, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

Linda Stewart

Ms. Stewart is a Senior Consultant in the consulting practice at Performance Architects, with over 15 years of consulting experience as a data warehousing consultant and another 18 years in engineering and data management.  She has previously performed finance related consulting work for Bearingpoint, Disney Parks and Resorts, JH Marsh & McLennan, Genuine Parts Company and worked as an engineer at Western Digital, Siemens and Tektronix.  Linda holds a B.S. in Science, Math and Technology from Empire State College.
